A client came to us for AI training for executives. It was a pleasure to have scoping calls with different groups of users. They were all confident that AI can do miracles (which, indeed, it can.)
For example, they would say, “Our two systems do not talk to each other. Can AI make them communicate?” What was amazing was the openness of their IT groups to changes and to new requirements. But, after all, people are used to AI and miracles because they all have smartphones. So now, this level of demands addressed to enterprise software is justified.
We ran two workshops for two days each. The first workshop was in nine parts described below.
